Tracey and I have known each other for many years and have experienced each other wearing many different hats – professionally and personally. Most recently I have engaged Tracey to work with my team in the form of a coach and mentor. Tracey worked for a few months with my operations team (5 pax) assisting them to work as a more cohesive unit. She worked extensively with the Operations Manager on her managerial skills and then with the team individually and collectively. The effects were instant – I saw my Ops team arrive at work more motivated and ready to tackle their daily working lives with gusto. They were more communicative, helpful and overall worked better within my team as a whole. Tracey also agreed to be our trainer for a staff retreat on Tangalooma Island. Tracey designed 3 sessions for my team (14 pax) that included team building exercises, basic customer service, training & goal setting, exploring the foundations of success and finally collating the core values of the company.
