It takes discipline, vision, direction and smarts, among many other things. And unfortunately, they don’t teach it to you at school.
And that’s why I developed the Next Level Business Woman Program. It’s specifically for female business owners and managers like you, that will empower you to master the basic foundations for a successful business. Because if you’ve got the foundations conquered, then anything else is a bonus!
I’ve designed the program to be informed, educational, interactive and engaging. “When I met with Tracey Mathers, I was feeling very lost and without any direction. My confidence and self esteem was very low and I needed help to regain focus and clarity. Since working with Tracey she has given me exceptional tools that have helped with my confidence and how to reach my goals, how to use my voice, how to make a plan and follow through, how to focus and how to move forward. Her teachings have helped me get my dream job, in management, which I love. There is no doubt I would not have got the job without Tracey's advice and guidance. I will be eternally grateful for the time Tracey has spent with me to help me become the absolute best version of me that I can!! Thank you Tracey!”

“As a mentor you couldn’t ask for better. What other woman has been there, done that and can stop you making mistakes? Tracey’s experience as one of Australia’s most successful female entrepreneurs means you can leverage from her experience in conflict management, leadership and business management. Her practical, direct and down to earth approach as well as her genuine care means you’re in safe hands. How do I know? She’s been my mentor for 15 years. Tracey is an extraordinary listener and problem solver who has deep care for her clients and guides them with a gentle but firm hand to achieve their potential. It will be the best investment in yourself you’ve ever made.”

“I have fantastic friends and family who I can discuss basic business direction with, however running a company manufacturing, e-tailing, retailing and wholesaling it was difficult to find someone who understood all the complexities of running such a business. It is so easy to fall into the trap of “working in the business, not on the business” and being in an extremely competitive industry, I knew I had to focus more on strategic growth & expansion and move away from the daily ins and outs. I engaged Tracey as a mentor knowing Tracey had previously run a footwear company and that she understood both the manufacturing and retail worlds. It was fantastic to be able to chat with Tracey who understood first hand the daily challenges I faced and how difficult it can be to move away from the operational side of business and focus more so on aspirations and future goals & objectives. After spending time with Tracey, I was able to see a clearer, more defined company direction and had more confidence to step outside my comfort zone. Tracey gave me the confidence to move forward in areas that I lacked certainty and also prompted me to sit back to reflect and recognise the wins and how far the business had come. Tracey is compassionate, personable, engaging & super fun all combined with an amazing business acumen and savvy business sense.”

Tracey and I have known each other for many years and have experienced each other wearing many different hats – professionally and personally. Most recently I have engaged Tracey to work with my team in the form of a coach and mentor. Tracey worked for a few months with my operations team (5 pax) assisting them to work as a more cohesive unit. She worked extensively with the Operations Manager on her managerial skills and then with the team individually and collectively. The effects were instant – I saw my Ops team arrive at work more motivated and ready to tackle their daily working lives with gusto. They were more communicative, helpful and overall worked better within my team as a whole. Tracey also agreed to be our trainer for a staff retreat on Tangalooma Island. Tracey designed 3 sessions for my team (14 pax) that included team building exercises, basic customer service, training & goal setting, exploring the foundations of success and finally collating the core values of the company. During the sessions I saw my team reflect on the way they work, investigate and find new ways to work together to be a stronger more cohesive group of work colleagues. The work the team did made them feel united, refreshed and prepared us all for the uncertainty and challenges of the ensuing year. Personally, I find Tracey to be someone whom I can trust; she is kind, caring and honest. Tracey has a moral compass that is to be admired and inspires those who seek her council. When you ask Tracey a question you know you will get a straight and well considered response. She is a leader in every sense of the word and shares her wisdom and well-earned knowledge about retail, success and life to those who are fortunate to seek it.
