After 35 years in the corporate and retail sector, I have learnt so much about people, relationships, life and business. It has become my passion to share my stories and learnings with others, so that you can improve your outcomes. Communication is the key to success and a gift that, when used well, brings incredible value to your business. Communication struggles can lead to high staff turnover, time wasting, disconnect within teams, lack of loyalty, and a sense of not belonging. In this keynote, I teach how to best build loyalty, belonging and how to communicate with people in a way to understand when issues start to arise, and how to fix them before they become a big problem.

Being brave is hard. Transitioning from blending in to standing out in a crowd can be daunting for many people. But it’s often the brave who get what they want, so how do you become brave? I teach the difference between arrogance and bravery so that you can stand up, share your knowledge and be heard. Be known for exactly what you have to offer, not what others say about you. Come on a courageous 30-minute journey with me, where I share my most humiliating experience to date, and the moment that I decided to let go of fear, stand up for myself and be heard.
